Urgent Update

Montanans For Justice and Centurion Ministries are not affiliated with the website for PardonBarryBeach or the people maintaining the website. We strongly urge you, as Barry Beach supporters, to utilize the tools that Centurion Ministries and Montanans For Justice provide. Anyone else purporting to be Barry’s legal team, asking for donations of any type or asking that legal tips be directed through them should be ignored. Furthermore, we emphasize that a petition to President Obama to pardon Barry is not a worthwhile use of time, energy or resources, as the President does not have the ability to pardon an individual in a State criminal case. His power to do so is limited to the Federal Court System. Thank you to all that continue to fight for Barry’s freedom and thank you for deferring to MFJ and CM for direction in the matter. If you have a project or specific idea that you believe might benefit Barry, please let us know. We would be happy to review it, endorse the action if we deem it to be beneficial and help in any way we can.

This is being done in conjunction with Centurion Ministries, Barry’s legal team and Barry himself.
