Montana Supreme Court

Barry’s attorneys and the Montana Attorney General’s Office will file their 15-page briefs on January 19, prior to oral arguments before the Montana Supreme Court on February 4.  The court will determine if Barry’s sentence of 100 years with no parole is unconstitutional per Miller vs. Alabama since Barry was a minor at the time of the crime.

  1. kim nee's ghost says:

Good Lord! this man should have been hung years ago.

  2. I just don’t understand why/how the state could possibly believe that his “alleged confession” is admissible evidence when it clearly contradicts the actual evidence?? Let this man go!! After 30 years of good behavior in prison he’s served enough time. God Bless you Mr.Beach…

  3. I’ve watched many many programs on ID…..this one (Barry Beach) shocked me to the point that I’m getting more and more fed up with the courts in our country. Anything to just keep so many people in prison so that money is being made…STOP IT….there are so very many people in prison that DO NOT belong there…. Barry Beach is so very obviously NOT GUILTY and should be FREE!!! I’m going to start presenting this to many people all over the country. This is so shocking. God Bless you Barry and Good Luck.
