In a move to oppose Judge E. Wayne Phillips Order for a new trial, the Montana Attorney General's Office filed a motion to have the Order reversed by the Montana Supreme Court. That order was granted, and Barry Beach was sent back to prison by the Montana Supreme Court.
In addition to the Montana Supreme Court Order reversing Judge E. Wayne Phillips, the Montana Supreme Court wrote an additional synopsis of the case.
